• All follow up appointments (in person or virtual) 45mins-$175
• ADHD testing (QB Check) -$200

Insurance

We accept most major commercial insurance plans through our partner, Headway. 

Headway helps make the process simple by verifying your benefits ahead of time and clearly outlining your expected costs, so there are no surprises. This allows you to focus on what matters most, receiving compassionate, quality care, while billing and claims are handled seamlessly on your behalf.

Payment

We accept cash, zelle, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please be sure to let us know 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, to avoid $ 75 same-day cancellation fee charges.
